7 Deadly Sims - High quality objects, goth-type skins include Darth Vader, The Baroness from GI Joe (Goth villain), members of Kiss, Grim Reapers, a Robot Maid, pale kitty kat, Angels and Elvira among a great deal of less than worthy skins. Objects are in the hundreds.
8th Deadly Sim - Pay site that has great Anne Rice vamps, gargoyles, Industrial boys, The Shining, slum hotel and strip joint objects. Very high quality. Worth the $3.50 per month.
Blarney Stone, The - Worth mentioning, has cat woman, gypsies, My Fair Lady, a pirates and Medieval section.
Buffy's World of Buffy - Skins including entire Buffy cast. *updated link*
Chained to the Sims - Adult Sims site containing Betty Page and much nudity (male and female). I guess, if you're into that thing. I think it would be cute to download the Betty skin and put her in retro clothes, but that's just me.
~~Dr. Frankensim - Edward Scissorhands and classic monsters, download links are broken. As of 08/25/03 page is operational, skin downloads are not working.~~
~~Evil Sims~~ - I hate the design of this site, but here you will find Father Karras, Sid Vicious, X-Men, Anton LaVey, Elvira, The Crow, Alex from A Clockwork Orange and many more. Evil Sims has even been banned from the Sims Webring due to graphic content (it's really not that bad, just some nudies and lots of blood and stuff)
Psycho Fairy's Sim Collection - Several skins collections, nothing fancy, but some really cool objects. Fantasy/Goth oriented.
Ritual of Darkness - Some pretty cool punk/goth skins along with some of the "black metal" variety. Numerous pages under construction.
Sim Punkz - Looks like MTV's or Hot Topic's version of punk with just a few noteworthy "punk" females and a couple of girls with Emily shirts, striped socks and plaid pants. Punk just ain't what it used to be.
Sims Hogwarts - For Harry Potter fans, contains skins of several teachers, no Harry or students. Sort of an odd site.
~~Sims in Colour - Limited Goth selection, but the ones that are there are actually quite nice. *updated link*~~
Sims of the Damned - Seems alright, has skins for Queen of the Damned, Wishmaster and inactive links for Edward Scissorhands and Vampire Chronicles...hopefully those will be available soon. Gothic skins aren't so gothic and beware the crossed-out links that really are links and the constant nagging to download a comet cursor. I hate that.
Sims Resource, The - Extensive site, not necessarily Goth, but contains countless goth objects and skins: Search for "Goth". Not to mention characters from TV and film. It's got it all. This is a pay site, but only $6.95 for two months!
Simstitution - Another attempt at punk skins, some decent outfits for female Sims, male skins look sort of Neo Nazi to me. Good punk skins are hard to find.
SimWitch - Pagan, gothy types, borderline not Goth, but still worth a look.
SisterGirl's Other Sims Skins - Zombie Family, Grim Goths, a couple of Victorian Goths. I hate the design of this site and the pop ups, but the skins are unique.
Sunnydale Magic Box - The entire cast of TV's Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Now you can reunite Tara and Willow and bring mom back from the dead!
Voodoo Sims Graffix - One of the few Sims sites with more Goth skins than trendy, rave or normal. Not a bad selection at all. Also a really nice collection of wall art.
Xerophyia Simporium - Has a large selection of user created walls, some good, some not so good. Skins aren't all that great, so go to look at the walls.
Goth Sims - Some Goths of Color, has a LipService section and a funny Sim with Rocky Horror tee. Files are hosted at FilePlanet.com and you need an account to login.
Goth Tech - Color changed objects, black.
Grim Sims - Is now a greedy pay site. Great site with lots to download. I love this site! Has a collection of Goth kids, a really great collection of objects, I also really like the site design.
HellRazor Sims - Mix of normal and Goth skins. The Goth skins are actually quite nice and pale.
Nitetime Sims - Excellent collection of gothic skins and heads! Mostly normal, but there are quite few hidden gems.
Ophelia's Little Page About the Sims - THE BEST GOTHIC SIMS SITE ON THE NET! Enough said. pick!
~~Poe's Corner~~ - Another great site with loads of amazing Goth skins. Most notably, Poe's has Nosferatu and Bela skins! Not to mention the fine witches/Wicca section. Poe's Corner is now the home to Sleepy Hollow Sims.
Ritual of Darkness Gothic Sims - Goth, also NIN and Korn looking skins.
Simderella - Has several very nice female goth skins, nice corsets.
Sim's Dungeon - Korn, NIN, Orgy, Hot Topic...not really Goth, but has a few Goth girls, worth a look.
Sims of Hades - Excellent skins for both male and female Sims! Check out the Objects section as well! Best of all, this site has Sandman skins, including Death! All around a great site! pick!
Simsylvania - Many female skins including pregnant Goth mom (kinda sweet actually)

Theater de Vampire - The Theatre des Vampire (formerly the Gothic Quarter) is the place in the Sims Online (TSO) for Vampires and Goths of all ilk in the city of Alphaville.
Orchideis' Sims French site that translates back and forth from English to French despite which option you choose at the entrance. Looks like some decent Goth sims, mostly female...some good, some not.
Psycotica's Corner - Has about 4 Gothic/Pale skins, site has some broken links. Mostly normal skins and heads.
